MSC Digimat
Modeling platform for multi-scale non-linear materials and structures.
Digimat allows you to connect the entire production chain (from the supplier of the raw material to the realization of the finished product, passing through the suppliers of the various components):
- Analyze and predict the behavior of a wide range of composite materials
- Design and manufacture innovative high performance composite components
- Reduce weight, cost and time-to-market associated with manufacturing composite industrial components
- Improve the results of the structural analysis taking into account the production process
- Reduce physical testing related to materials
- Operating system: Windows, Linux

Teaching staff
- The software can be installed on PCs, personal or owned by the Politecnico, on the University network (the student version can be used for installation on personal PCs)

- Download the software
- Follow the Activation instructions available in the Download area
Log in with your personal code, preceded by POLIMI\, and relative password. Ex. POLIMI\12345678
Students
- The software can be installed on personal PCs

PhD students
In the absence of specific indications, PhD students can use:
- software intended for students on personal PCs
- software for teaching staff on departmental PCs
This software is not available for technical and administrative staff.
